If you live in Arizona, you've undoubtedly heard of this band — if not, rest assured, you will. The Messengers, formed three years ago, are one of the most refreshing, vibrant blues/roots rock bands on the performing scene. Danny Rhodes and the Messengers have become Arizona favorites with their raw energy, friendliness, easy-going charm and of course, their music. Louisiana-born Danny Rhodes and his group play a "bayou-rhythmic" brand of funk and soul. The group has been rocking the house everywhere they go!
